Paramount sent a “Cease and Desist” letter to our ISP because my neighbor tried to download Shrek the Third. What rights to I have in this case? I don’t care what my neighbor downloads. In fact, INAL but as far as I know, downloading isn’t what’s illegal…it’s the sharing of the files that is.
